In this job, you move from running one crew to running the whole job. You will plan the work, price the work, lead the crews, and keep customers happy. You will split your time between the field and the office, so you stay close to the tools but also run the business side.

You will handle several projects at once. You will work with foremen from different trades and line up the right people for each job. You will also meet with customers, walk their sites, and be the main person they call when they need something.
