About matchAmint
It's not just a labor shortage. It's a translation problem.
Not just a translation of job descriptions, but of expectations, realities, priorities, schedules, work styles, constraints, and what “good fit” actually means. Employers and workers are often looking at the same job from two different worlds.
Employers say they cannot find dependable people. Capable workers say they cannot get a fair shot. Both can be right.
matchAmint helps both sides see the same job the same way.
We are a hiring platform for hourly, frontline, and skilled-trades work. We translate between how employers describe the work and how workers describe their ability, experience, values, and real-life needs, so the right matches do not get missed.
We look at what a job actually requires and what a worker actually brings, beyond resumes and keyword filters. That comes from knowing the work itself, not from a distance.
We verify both sides, the worker and the job. That builds trust on both ends: the people we match are ready, and the jobs we match them to are real.
We do not flood employers with resumes. We narrow the field to the few candidates who truly fit, with a short, plain-language summary of why each person made the list.
For workers, that means a quick first step, honest information about a job before they say yes, clear next steps when there is a potential fit, and a real person to talk to instead of only a bot.
For employers, it means spending time only on candidates who are ready to interview, because most mismatches are removed before they reach you.
And we do not stop at the offer. matchAmint stays involved through onboarding, upskilling, and the first months when a job is usually won or lost.

Mona Zander
Founder & CEO
Mona Zander, Founder & CEO of matchAmint, is a builder and operator with decades of senior leadership across manufacturing, technology, and agriculture. She holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of Virginia, a Wharton MBA, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. Her experience includes leading the global commercialization of Zorvec® at DuPont, one of the most successful launches in its industry, and leading teams through complex operational change.
But matchAmint is also personal.
Mona got her working papers at 14 and worked her way through high school and college, starting in hourly and temp jobs. Her family came to the United States from India with very little. Both of her parents had degrees that did not transfer, so they worked factory jobs while earning new credentials and rebuilding their lives.
Mona learned early that people are often underestimated not because they lack ability, but because the system does not yet know how to see them.
matchAmint brings those worlds together: frontline work, manufacturing discipline, business-building experience, and a belief that better hiring starts with seeing people more clearly.
